I build software that actually gets used. Working at a government agency means shipping systems to real people — frontline staff, business owners, the public — under real operational pressure. Not just prototypes.
I work across mobile, web, and desktop, and I've integrated AI into production apps. What I bring to a project is end-to-end thinking: understanding the problem, building the solution, and making sure it holds up when real users touch it.

CKURE – AI-powered Car Damage Detection App
A mobile-first application for automatic car damage detection and repair cost estimation using computer vision. CKURE streamlines car insurance assessments by analyzing photos and generating instant reports.
CKURE Desk – Car Damage Management System
A desktop/web platform complementing the CKURE mobile app. Designed for admins and management teams to oversee inspection records, review damage assessments, and generate formal reports.
GrayVision – AI-powered Brain Tumor Detection System
A medical imaging analysis system developed to assist doctors in diagnosing and managing patient cases. GrayVision detects and classifies brain tumors into categories: Glioma, Meningioma, Pituitary Tumor, or No Tumor. Built as a partial requirement for CS Elective 3 at Cagayan State University.
DOST-R02 SETUP Management System
A web-based management system developed for the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Region II's Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program (SETUP). The platform supports monitoring, data management, and reporting of SME technology assistance projects.
